2) Can you make customized products?
   Yes, we are very good at making various customized products as per your request of printing designs or product specifications. And just practicing this kind of cooperation with lots of customers.

3)What are the steps to make samples?
  For regular samples, we can offer for free, about a week it can be finished. For the special personalized samples, we need to charge set up cost created, normally it will take about 10 to 15 days to finish.

4) What is the lead time?
  After the order confirmed, we need around 35 days to get the goods ready.
